All floral arrangements shipped domestically and internationally are carefully packed in our custom Cutopia protective packaging to ensure they arrive pristine. Every order includes complimentary shipping insurance, covering the total cost of your purchase. Please note that due to the delicate nature of our floral products, our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
In light of the current COVID-19 situation, all floral deliveries are made contactless to ensure the safety of both the courier and the recipient.

We guarantee specific delivery dates within metropolitan Sydney, offering same-day weekday and weekend delivery options.

As every flower arrangement is made to order from our Sydney warehouse, please allow 1 to 4 business days for delivery to most metro cities within Australia.
Regional areas may take longer, including WA, NT, and TAS. While we strive to meet your selected delivery date, please understand that weather, delivery delays, and other unpredictable circumstances may affect delivery times.
Currently, we can only guarantee delivery dates for metro Sydney. We recommend placing your order well in advance for interstate and regional orders to avoid missing your special occasion. If no specific date is selected, we will dispatch your order immediately. We do not offer next-day or weekend delivery and cannot guarantee arrival on your preferred date. Ensure the date you select is at least 2 business days from your order date.
If a specific date is required, don't hesitate to contact us at cutopiaastudio@gmail.com before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds for shipping delays beyond our control.
We highly recommend pre-ordering your favourite arrangements, as we may sell out closer to your special date. Simply select a future delivery date during checkout. Your selected date will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
